Video 1: Why do I need to do things that will help me thrive?

Watch video 1 to get clear on why it's so important that you start doing the things that you really want to do. The things that will help bring you joy, make you happier and help you thrive! (**HINT: it's much easier for you to turn into Angry Mum and Grumpy Wife when you're not in your happy place!)

 

Video 2: Choose An Area

Its almost impossible to do the things that will make you happier, if you haven't got a clue which area you should start with, right? Should you start with getting fitter; with connecting with more people; with finding something that will make you feel useful again and fulfill you; with just finding time for yourself? There are so many areas - no wonder you're stuck before you even start!

Video 3: Paint a Picture

Okay, now you know what area you want to start with ... but its really hard to start doing anything, when you don't have a clear picture of what you're aiming for in this area. Its great to say that "I want to get fitter!" ... but what does that actually mean? Does it mean that you want to run a marathon; or you want to be able to play with the kids without getting puffed; or you want to feel better about your body; or you want to drop a dress size ...?

Video 4: Take a Step

So you know what area you want to focus on and you know what you want to achieve in that area ... but you're still not taking any action. That's because there are things that can get in your way and make it very hard for you to get going. Once you're aware of what they are, you can start taking action to overcome them.
